This policy explains what information Prospect Daybook ("we", "us") collects when you use prospectdaybook.com and the Prospect Daybook app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address, which you use to sign in.
- Your Daybook content: the campaign details you enter (such as your name, business, benefit and story) and the content generated or edited in your Daybook.
- Billing information: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a Stripe customer ID; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage information: a count of how many AI generations you use each month.
- Technical information: basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, save your Daybook, and generate content you ask for.
- To manage your subscription and send account emails such as sign-in links.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Daybook content for advertising.
Service providers we share it with
We share information only with providers that help us run Prospect Daybook:
- Supabase — account sign-in and database storage.
- Anthropic — generates content from the campaign details you submit.
- Stripe — payment processing and billing.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Resend — sending sign-in and account emails.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and Daybook content while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time by emailing us; billing records may be kept as required for tax and accounting.
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your Daybook content in the app, and you can request a copy or deletion of your information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests.
Children
Prospect Daybook is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
