These terms govern your use of Prospect Daybook ("the service") at prospectdaybook.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Prospect Daybook is a content tool that uses artificial intelligence to draft social media posts, video scripts and team guides from the details you provide. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any direct-sales, network-marketing, insurance or financial-services company.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide an email address you control. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for one person; don't share your access.
Subscription and billing
- The paid plan costs $49 per month (plus any applicable tax), billed in advance through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't provide refunds for partial months.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies at your next renewal.
- Each account has a monthly limit on AI generations to keep the service reliable for everyone.
- Team access granted through a team code may be withdrawn by us or the team leader at any time.
Content you create
You own the details you enter and the content generated for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for everything you post. AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes. Review and edit every piece before you use it, and make sure it follows your company's policies, platform rules, and applicable laws, including rules on income claims, endorsements, insurance and financial-product marketing, and health claims.
No guarantee of results
We do not promise any income, sales, recruits, followers or other business results. Results depend on your own effort, your business, and circumstances outside our control.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to:
- create spam, deceptive claims, fake testimonials, or content that misleads people about earnings or products;
- harass anyone or create unlawful, hateful or infringing content;
- attempt to access other users' data, overload the service, or get around usage limits or payment.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update or change features over time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, in which case we'll give reasonable notice where we can.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and notify you by email of significant changes.
